WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT THIS COACHING
Most executive coaching approaches were built for corporate environments. They usually emphasise improving performance, changing leadership behaviours, clarifying strategy, delivering outcomes, and mastering management skills.
However leadership cannot be reduced down to a set of skills or behaviours. Performance can not be ensured simply through strategies and productivity hacks.
Leading well in an increasingly complex world requires leaders to do more than learn new skills - it requires them to think, act and relate differently.
Our work explores how the internal dimensions of who you are shapes how you show up as a leader.
Rather than reduce complex leadership challenges down to a set of one-size-fits-all strategies, we instead explore how your story, your patterns, your nervous system, and the way you make meaning of experiences is shaping your experience as a leader. When the situation calls for it we still explore skills, strategies and behaviours — but do so in a holistic way that seeks to incorporate all of who you are into the way you lead.
