Manav is a trusted partner to courageous leaders and leadership teams in for-purpose, social justice and public sector organisations.

His vision is to guide 100,000 leaders in the for-purpose sector towards greater meaning, impact and stewardship. 

Over the past decade he has worked closely with senior leadership teams, trained over 500 mid and senior level leaders, and provided ongoing one-to-one coaching to scores of leaders leading teams in the for-purpose sector.

Manav has worked inside this sector for almost 20 years — as a human rights and environmental lawyer, as a criminal lawyer in Central Australia, at the Child Sex Abuse Royal Commission. As a consultant he has helped deliver historic initiatives such as the NSW Stolen Generations Reparations Scheme.

Manav is also a partner and director of Primal Intelligence, a company that delivers accredited coach training, conscious masculinity programs and group facilitation training.
